REFUND POLICY

WTM Trailers Refund Policy

 

At WTM Trailers, we stand behind the quality of our trailers and trailer parts and want to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy.

 

In order for the refund to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition as received by the customer and include all original parts and accessories. Items that have been used or have any signs of use may not be eligible for a refund. In cases where the item is no longer in new condition, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

To request a refund, please contact us via email at axles@williamstooling.com within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return your item(s). After receiving your returned item(s), we will process a full refund if all of the above conditions are met. Please note that credit card companies typically take 5-7 business days to reflect transactions on their end.

 

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect part has been sent to you, please contact us immediately at wtmtrailers@williamstooling.com and we’ll make sure you receive a replacement part at no cost or provide you with a full refund within 24 hours after receiving photographic proof of damage/incorrect part sent from you.

 

We understand that sometimes selecting the correct size or fitment can be difficult given different dimensions across manufacturers so please feel free to reach out if there are any questions regarding fitment prior ordering. In cases where wrong size has been ordered by mistake and right size is available in stock, customers can request exchange - however shipping costs associated with inbound returns and outbound exchanges will need to be covered by customer themselves.
